If you’re an administrator, this probably sounds (all too) familiar: the same set of reports has to be generated – month after month. You go through the same selection steps. Choose the same parameters. And once you’re done, you double- and triple-check to make sure nothing’s been missed. Wouldn’t it be great if all of that could be done in just a few clicks? Now it can!
Let us introduce Report Packages – a new feature in Flex HRM that lets you group reports into an easy-to-use package, so you don’t have to generate them one by one.
How it works
Report Packages is a brand-new view under the Reports section. Here, you can create custom packages containing any reports you choose – both from the system’s standard reports and from the report generator. You can save your selections, so you won’t need to set the same parameters every time, and then print or export all reports in one go.
This feature is especially useful for in-house payroll departments – and even more so for payroll providers managing high volumes and multiple clients in parallel. Fewer clicks, less repetitive work, and better control – all at once!

Report Packages is under continuous development. We’ll be adding more smart functions over time to make your reporting even more automated and user-friendly. Planned improvements include support for additional data sources and more options for customizing both content and format to suit your needs.
