At the moment, we are experiencing a great need and interest in intelligent digital solutions that automize and reduce the daily workload for HR departments and managers. This is why we have decided to intensify and speed up the development of our HR module Flex HRM Employee and assign a new product manager. Let´s introduce Linda Tesell!

For some of our customers, Linda Tesell is already a familiar name. For the past five years, she has worked at Flex as one of our Application Consultants, with a great interest and commitment specifically to HRM Employee. I find it incredibly fun and exciting to be part of our fantastic development department. I am very dedicated to HR processes, and therefore, I am excited to be a part of the process of developing the Employee parts in HRM, Linda says.

Many Years of Experience From HR Administrative Challenges

As she steps into her new role, Linda brings with her theoretical and practical experience in HR processes and the daily challenges of HR administration.

– I started off with studies at the Programme for Human Resource Management at Örebro University. After that, I worked in various roles and sectors before I ended up at Flex five years ago. In my role as an Application Consultant, I have contributed to successfully finishing several extensive projects and structured and streamlined the HR-processes of our client companies with HRM Employee as the basis. Over the years, I have also acted as the sounding board for my predecessor Rickard Israelsson, she says.

User-friendliness is the Focal Point in the Future Development of HRM Employee

So, what is the vision for the future in relation to the further development of HRM Employee?

I would like to continue to strengthen our efforts when it comes to improving user-friendliness. Things should be easy and intuitive. In addition, as the company's needs in terms of facilitating HR processes involve a lot of different components, I will use this as a starting point and let those needs form the basis in our further development of the product, Linda says.
