The thoughts of a new personnel system had been there for a couple of years, and during the fall of 2021, The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC) decided to take action. They investigated which suppliers and systems were available on the market, and five of them were chosen for a thorough review. Flex was not included in these five.

After a closer evaluation, it turned out that neither of the five chosen systems met SSNC’s expectations. That’s when Anette Jansson, Payroll Administrator, got a tip to check out Flex HRM from a colleague who had previously reported in Flex HRM when working for a former employer.

– We started looking for information and saw a YouTube video showing what Flex’s personnel solution included. This was exactly what we were looking for! We came in contact with a very professional and knowledgeable seller who demonstrated the system thoroughly.

The most important demand from SSNC was good project management, staffing, and easy time reporting.

– The number one reason for choosing Flex HRM was that it was user-friendly. It’s perfect for salaried employees like us and has all the features we could ask for. It feels easy, straightforward, and effortless to work in!
